Heritage KuneKune Old-Fashioned Lard Soap Bar

A true old-fashioned soap, Old-Fashioned Lard Soap is made the way soap was always meant to be made. Each bar is cold-process crafted with pasture-raised KuneKune lard as the base, rich in oleic acid, deeply cleansing, and remarkably gentle on skin. No detergents, no synthetic surfactants, no shortcuts.

Castor oil adds a creamy, conditioning lather. Coconut oil boosts cleansing power. Vitamin E oil nourishes as you wash. Each bar is finished with a skin-specific clay: kaolin, rose clay, activated charcoal, bentonite, or green clay, chosen for its unique skin benefits. Hard-milled and long-lasting, this bar outlasts most commercial soaps and leaves your skin feeling clean, not stripped.

How to use

Lather between hands or with a washcloth and apply to skin. Rinse thoroughly. Store on a draining soap dish between uses to extend bar life.

Ingredients

KuneKune lard, distilled water, lye (saponified), castor oil, coconut oil, vitamin E oil, clay (kaolin, rose clay, activated charcoal, bentonite, or green clay), mica powder, fragrance oil.

Note: Lye is fully consumed during the saponification process and is not present in the finished bar.
