Thank you for shopping with IrishMudd Farm. We are committed to delivering high-quality farm products safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience as many of our products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches.

Shipping Availability

We proudly ship eligible products throughout the United States.

Some products may only be available for local pickup due to food safety regulations or shipping limitations.

Frozen & Perishable Products

Frozen meats and other perishable items are carefully packaged using insulated shipping materials and ice packs or dry ice as needed to help maintain safe temperatures during transit.

To help ensure product quality, frozen orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to reduce the risk of weekend delivery delays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly.

Local Pickup

We offer convenient pickup options:

  • On-Farm Pickup – Warsaw, Indiana
  • Local Pickup – Warsaw, Indiana

Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order is confirmed.

Orders should be picked up during the scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

IrishMudd Farm is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and work to resolve the issue.

Food Safety

Once a package has been delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing perishable products.

IrishMudd Farm is not responsible for products that are left outside for extended periods after delivery or pickup.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the shipment.
