IrishMudd Farm is a veteran-owned family farm located in Warsaw, Indiana. We offer premium farm-raised meats, handcrafted bath and body products, honey, farm provisions, gift cards, and CSA memberships.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because many of our products are raised or produced on our farm, inventory is limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute products when necessary for CSA memberships or farm boxes.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed, any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept approved payment methods offered through Shopify at checkout.

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

7. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer:

  • Nationwide shipping on eligible products
  • On-Farm Pickup (Warsaw, Indiana)
  • Local Pickup (Warsaw, Indiana)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

IrishMudd Farm is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Food Safety

Many of our products are perishable.

Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products after delivery or pickup.

IrishMudd Farm is not responsible for improper storage after products have been delivered or picked up.

9. CSA Memberships

CSA memberships are seasonal programs designed to provide members with regularly scheduled farm products.

Membership contents may vary depending on seasonal availability.

IrishMudd Farm reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.

CSA memberships are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
