About IrishMudd Farm
IrishMudd Farm is a veteran-owned, family-run farm nestled in Northern Indiana, rooted in the belief that what you put on your body, and in it, should come from a place you can trust.
After leaving the United States Marine Corps, I had a deep desire to reconnect with the land. In 2014, that desire became IrishMudd Farm, a place where we could raise animals the right way, grow real food, and build something lasting for our family.
We raise heritage breeds: KuneKune pigs, Valais Blacknose lamb, Lincoln Longwool lamb, and grass-fed yak on open pasture, the old-fashioned way. These are rare, time-honored breeds chosen for their quality, hardiness, and the exceptional products they produce. Our KuneKune lard is rendered small-batch right here on the farm and used as the base for our handcrafted salves, soaps, and balms. Our lamb and yak are raised on pasture and grass, never rushed, never compromised.
Our honey is raw and farm-fresh, harvested with care and never over-processed. What you get is real honey, the way it's supposed to taste.
We started this farm for our family. We're glad you found us.
Semper Fi, and thank you for supporting a small, veteran-owned American farm.
